Fees and payment arrangements are discussed before scheduling the diagnostic/therapeutic services. Integrative Speech Care is an out-of-network provider, not participating with any insurance plans. Please inquire within your insurance company regarding out-of-network speech language evaluation and therapy reimbursement. We accept private pay. EVALUATION:
Diagnostic and intervention services are provided to children and adults of all ages. An initial evaluation is conducted to assess speech and language abilities and identify communication disorders and/or variations.
The evaluation is a dynamic assessment process. It includes client/family interview, behavioral observation, administration of standardized and non-standardized measures/tests, collection of a speech/language sample, conference regarding the diagnostic results and recommendation for intervention.

INTERVENTION:
Dr. Vaynshteyn strives to help her clients become effective communicators. She develops comprehensive treatment programs that incorporate meaningful and attainable goals, multisensory learning, and specific intervention approach/es to address clients’ unique communication needs. Dr. Vaynshteyn provides a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment for optimal learning.
Therapy is provided for children and adults. Therapy sessions incorporate multisensory cueing, music, movement, rhythm, and balance activities to facilitate integration of sensory-motor and cognitive-linguistic systems.
Dr. Vaynshteyn incorporates Bal-A-Vis-X (i.e. balance/auditory/vision exercises) and Brain Gym activities (i.e. whole-brain learning) during therapy sessions to improve overall academic performance, attention skills, memory, visual tracking for reading and writing, timing and coordination for articulatory movements.
Our treatment programs include client/family education and home activities to promote carryover of newly acquired skills to other social settings. Session duration and length of treatment vary with individual needs and progress.
