Integrative Speech Care is an active private practice founded by Dr. Irina Vaynshteyn, an ASHA certified and NYS licensed speech language pathologist, with over 20 years of clinical experience. At the Integrative Speech Care, we aspire to help clients become effective communicators, providing structured, supportive, and nurturing environment for meaningful learning. 

Integrative Speech Care offers diagnostic and therapeutic services to monolingual and bilingual children and adults with speech, language, and feeding disorders. Services are provided in person and remotely.

CLINICAL PHILOSOPHY:

Dr. Vaynshteyn’s clinical philosophy is guided by evidence-based practice. She applies theory- and clinic-based knowledge and expertise to provide optimum diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language services. 

Dr. Vaynshteyn utilizes an integrative and holistic approach for assessment and intervention, taking into account clients’ learning preferences and a variety of individual factors, including social, emotional, intellectual and physical components. 

The therapeutic model is designed based upon clients’ specific communication needs, building on strengths, unique abilities, and personal interests. Along with evidence-based assessment and intervention techniques, Dr. Vaynshteyn incorporates mindful breathing, music, rhythm, and movement activities to support focused attention, memory, and overall learning.
